The Origin Story

It all started with two lads from Donegal, brothers known as 'Tank & Skinny'! After leaving the construction sites of Dublin, Tank opened our first store in Letterkenny with his apprentice Skinny by his side. The year was 2010.

In 2016, we opened our Muff shop and in-house bakery. Back then it was called ‘Workshop Coffee Co’. In 2018, T&S Seaside opened its doors in Buncrana with stunning sea views. 2021 saw the launch of T&S Limavady.
